While dining or having a drink at Travellers' Rest, you must visit The Seagrape, a delightful gift shop filled with an ecletic mix of colourful items, most of which have been locally crafted.

The vibrant colours of Androsia, the cotton batik produced on the Family Island of Andros, lovingly made into bags, dresses and shirts hang from every corner of the shop. Local paintings and prints of Bahamiam scenes will serve as a memory of your visit to the Bahamas and the beautifully delicately painted maps of the islands are just too precious to resist.

There is also jewellery made from shells and other local materials, hand painted and in a range of colours to suit every taste and outfit.

Straw bags from Andros, teddy bears, soaps, magnets, junkanoo dolls, placemats, hats and cards adorn the shelves and make shopping for unique souvenirs to take home with you, a pleasure.

Local jams and hot sauces will spice up your meals when you return home and will remind you of your Bahamian experience.

At The Seagrape, there is something for everyone. The shop is open from 11.00am to 5.00 daily and is operated by friendly courteous staff who are happy to show you around....there is so much to see!

And if visiting The Seagrape at Travellers' Rest is not enough, there is another store at the Radisson Hotel, Cable Beach, where the opening hours are from 10.00am - 6.00pm every day except for Tuesday.
